You can recover your password on our recovery page. Please note that in order to recover a forgotten password, you need to specify your login and email that you used when creating an account on the site. An email will be sent to your email address with which you can reset your password. You can send a subsequent password recovery request no earlier than 15 minutes later.

Login can be in both Cyrillic and Latin, the use of obscenities, insults, religious or political names is prohibited. Avatars with pornographic content are not allowed

In order to fully use the site, you need to activate your account by confirming the email you specified on the site. After registration, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. If the letter does not arrive for a long time - perhaps it accidentally ended up in the SPAM folder, look into it.

A profile on Bestweapon is a page where other users see information about you. Your stories, izrannoe, drafts, subscriptions, comments are stored here. In the profile, you can set your avatar and tell about your interests.

Go to the Settings section of your profile, and then edit the items you want to change. After making changes, click the "Save" button.

Rank displays the user's level of access to the site. Newly registered users have rank 0, the first rank is given to authors who have published at least one unique publication of their own and have the opportunity to see the site without ads, rank 2 allows authors to upload illustrations to their stories and is given to authors for 5 unique stories published on the bestweapon website.

Opposite the username to which you can write a private message, an "envelope" icon is displayed, clicking on which you will go to the window of personal correspondence with the user.

You can block another user on his profile page, to go to the user's profile page, click on his nickname. A blocked user will not be able to write you private messages, leave comments under your story, and also rate you.

Go to the Settings section of your profile, then click on the "Block List" link.

Authors who have published more than 5 stories on our website or have Rank 2 in their profile can add illustrations to their stories and comments on the forum.

If you have a rank of 2, you can insert an image into the editor in two simple steps

1. Right-click in the browser on any picture on the Internet, select -> Copy image

2. Right click in Bestweapon editor -> Paste Ctrl+V

After the picture has appeared in the editor, you can change the alignment, borders, etc. by selecting it and clicking on the button (icon) Image in our text editor

If you wish to load a picture from your hard drive, find the following icon in the text editor.

Having placed the cursor in the required place, click on the "Image" icon. And in the dialog box that appears, insert a link to the desired image.

Please note that the end of the link (image extension) must be in the following formats: .jpg .png .gif

The alternative text field specifies a text hint that is displayed when you hover over the image with the mouse (optional)

The width and height are the dimensions of the picture. (Can be left blank)

All changes are displayed on the preview screen in the dialog box. After clicking on the OK button, your picture will appear on the text editor at the place where the cursor was.

How do I download pictures from my hard drive? To do this, you can use any photo hosting, after uploading your pictures there, for example:

Also, before adding illustrations, we advise you to first familiarize yourself with the requirements for images that are allowed to be added to your stories.

Images must not contain watermarks from other sites

Models in images must be at least 18 years old

Images of children are not allowed in any form!

Photos of an erotic, but not pornographic nature are allowed for placement. Pornographic photos include photos with the image of the genitals

To view all your comments, you must go to the profile section “Comments”

To edit or delete a comment, contact the site administration using the "Contact Us" page.

Comments that do not carry meaning, spam, as well as comments that harm or offend third parties are subject to deletion.

The author's rating is calculated based on the author's rating of those stories that are marked with a W icon or have a graphic mark in this place (which means that this story is published by the author himself by adding the story to Bestweapon). If the author is registered on the portal, but some of his stories do not have a W icon or a graphic label, then the author should write to us via the feedback form that he wants to be rated for all his stories on the portal.

The rating of authors who have not registered on the Bestweapon portal is not calculated.

The user's rating consists of two parts - the rating accrued for publications (for non-authors this component is equal to zero) and the rating bonus for activity in comments to publications and on the forum. Accordingly, in order to increase your rating, you need to:
a) publish high-quality stories that receive high marks;
b) actively participate in discussions in the comments and on the forum.
We recommend that authors respond to readers' comments on their publications.

Rating is influenced by many factors and the exact formula is rather complicated. The main influence is the quality of publications.

The main evaluation criterion is the estimated weight (the sum of all ratings of users who voted for the story)

The rating takes into account the content of the plots of the texts, the number of people who voted, views by our readers, the date and number of subscribers and, of course, the ratings for all your publications that participate in the rating. The author's rating is given special weight by his best publication.

The author is encouraged with a bonus to his rating if the publication of his stories on the site is regular.

An additional bonus to the rating for authors is brought by new stories, since the publication of which less than 14 days have passed.

Authors are rewarded with small bonuses for responding to user comments on their own stories (as well as for meaningful comments in other authors' stories).

The following factors negatively affect an author's rating:
- the amount of text in the publication is less than 4000 characters (the exception here is publications belonging to the category "Poetry";
- the absence of new publications by the author for more than one and a half months (different amounts of fines for stopping publications within one and a half months / quarter / six months / year / two years;
- a large number of grammatical and spelling errors in the text;
- a large amount of obscene language (obscene language) in the publication is unjustified;
- lack of plot in the publication;
- lack of paragraphs and selection of dialogs from a new line (continuous text is not convenient to read);
- rudeness and disrespectful attitude to other people's stories, as well as the use of obscene language in the comments.

In the first 14 days after the publication, the bonus of the last publication is valid. With inactivity for more than 30 days, the author's rating is slightly reduced, and re-evaluation is carried out after half a year and a year of inactivity. The rating cannot fall to zero, since the decrease is percentage. If the author publishes a story, all penalties are removed, and the last publication for 14 days receives a bonus

No, the quality of your story is determined by its estimated weight (the sum of all the ratings for the story), so even a low rating is a plus for your story, albeit small.

Registered users of the site can receive rating points for meaningful comments in stories

Attempts to deceive the rating system, creating multiple accounts (smurfs) to deceive the rating system, insults in comments to other users / moderators and other inappropriate behavior will be stopped and punished at the discretion of the administration. From warnings, resetting ratings to blocking accounts.
