"I know it's nothing like a houseboat, but..."
Jo stopped her mother right there, thanked her and said, "Mom, you don't even know how much the four of you have done already, just by accepting how Jessica and I feel about each other. The houseboat, the curtains, hell we were actually thinking about going and building ourselves a log cabin in a secluded spot in the forest somewhere."
With that, everyone started laughing.
