That night when I got home. I texted Abbey. “Hey Abbey” I said. I let the phone sit as I went to sit at my computer desk. I had already changed out of my swimsuit, and was now wearing a T-shirt, and pajama pants. I logged into my computer and pulled up a web browser. As soon as it opened I heard my Phone. I went and picked it up. Abbey was facetime calling me.
“Hey” she said
“Hey….. Listen about today…. I feel like I pushed you to do that” I actually didn't feel that way, but I didn't want to sound like an asshole. Plus, it was always good to check and see if she was mad at me. “You didn’t make me do anything i didn’t already want to do. Im really glad we did” I had a sigh of relief. “Good, I enjoyed it too, but i need to tell you something”
She looked concerned. “What?”
“Well, I wasn't a virgin when I woke up today” I said shyly.
She didn’t seem to care. “I didn’t think you were. Your so hot, I would be more surprised if you were” She said. “Well, here's the thing. I lost my virginity on Tuesday… To Hailey” Now she seemed surprised.
“Oh, I don’t really care, but I thought she had a Boyfriend?” She asked
“Yeah, but she told me she planned on leaving him, and she wanted to date me, she then proceeded to seduce me. here's the thing though, I don't want to date her, I want to date you instead.” Her eyes lit up “really? awe, Jeremiah you're so sweet” In the background I heard her front door open, and a woman yell “Abbey, come get groceries” she said “I gotta go, Ill text you later” then hung up. I felt relieved.
I was stuck. I didn’t want to tell Hailey I wanted to date Abbey, but ive wanted Abbey for years. I yawned, and opened a movie on netflix. I climbed into bed and decided to let Future Jeremiah deal with it.
