THE TENANT:: CHAPTER 1

A huge Black Man becomes a tenant and outright dominates the white couple he rents from

Kay Patterson a mild, and meek woman, was at home doing the chores of the house her husband Ken at work so she had the whole big house all to herself.

She was just wearing a pair of loose cotton shorts and a t shirt and since alone wasn't wearing panties or bra.

After finishing the chores she sat down at the computer and posted a listing on craigslist and a couple on her facebook groups, that she and her husband were looking for someone to rent their empty room to.

Times were getting pretty tough for Kay and her husband Ken and renting their spare room to someone seemed like a good idea to help out a lot with their house payments, utilities etc.

It seemed nothing came of that but the usual spam and she was about to just delete the posting on craigslist and be done with it. But she left it there and would give it a few more days.

Then several days later a reply came, A man responded to her listing and was saying he had just came to this town and hadn't as yet found anywhere decent enough to live in, and was very interested in renting their room until he could find his own place.

They exchanged pleasantries per-say and Kay told him a background check and prior references were required before they would consider renting to him. He replied to her he had absolutely no problem at all with any of that and in fact he was a supervisor himself for a large security company and had been relocated there to take a position at a company that made parts for aircraft mainly military aircraft.

That sure eased Kay's tension about his demeanor and sure made her tell him she would talk to her husband that night and let him know the following day when he could come look it over and do a walk through and understand the rules of the house.

That night she told Ken they had a really good prospect for their room rental and that he was a supervisor of security at that plant that made those aircraft parts for the military in town which set well Ken and he said I think he's the one.

So that next morning Kay excited that they had found someone decent and outstanding reputation wise to rent their room to so she gave him their address and to come over that evening at around 7pm and meet them if that was possible for him which his reply was, Yes ma'm that is absolutely possible and see you and your husband at 7pm.

That whole day Kay was all giddy and happy about this new person coming into their lives, as that very well was the absolute truth. He would interact and fully be around them a lot when he was off work and whatever hours it was that he was on duty.

7pm came and the door bell rang, both Kay and her husband Ken about knocked each other over to be the first to greet their new tenant they hoped.

Ken actually beat her to the door and opened it and there stood this huge statue of a black man as Ken was apprehensive about all this now. He had no idea the renter was a black man at all. Nor did Kay as she stood behind her husband and looking at the huge black man still in his security uniform and filled the whole open door frame with his huge size.

They weren't in any way shape or form prejudiced by any means but yet again to have a black man living in their home sharing it openly was something they neither one had thought of it happening.

The man introduced himself as Louie and reached out to shake Kens hand Kay taking notice that his hands were absolutely huge and his engulfed her husband Kens hand with twice the size as Ken invited him in and Louie towered over him at least a foot or better.

He then reached out and shook Kays hand which was like a mere childs hand opposed to his absolute brute of a black mans one and though he wasn't trying to be forceful with his hand shake of her his power overwhelmed Kay.

And she could tell this man was no sloucher in the least. He was absolutely muscled like a football player his uniform fit to him like a glove.

His shoulders were huge and broad and muscled like a weight lifter, his arms dark black and thick and muscled. His midsection was trim and lean but showed he absolute was in perfect shape and his legs huge and the muscles rippled in his uniform trousers.

Then her eyes saw something that she really got wide eyed about and had to blink them several times to make sure she wasn't seeing something out of focus as there he possessed an absolutely immense groin!

It was so overwhelming it made poor Kay shiver from head to foot just looking and glancing at it. She tried not to look as though she was staring at him there in anyway but her eyes were glued to his huge groin.

He and Ken walked past her as they walked together throughout the house looking things over and Kay behind them seeing that in fact this mans ass was hugely muscled itself his back thigh muscles rippled with tightness in his trousers.

She compared herself to him and she was totally absolutely a dwarf upside his hugeness and tallness. And his... his... his... Blackness!

Well Ken satisfied he was the one he and Louie sat down and did the paper work and Louie would move in tomorrow afternoon when he was off and telling all of his graciousness of them renting to him and that suite he had at that hotel just wasn't home.

He again grabbed Kays hand up into his and thank her so much for accepting him into their home. As again Kay trembled and shook all over as she shook his huge hand.

Louie left then and Ken was sitting at the table putting the paper work together and into a folder to keep in their file cabinet for the new tenant.

Kay sat down to but her eyes still in total disbelief of such an absolute huge man and more so his being black just seemed to eat into her brain about it and feeling strange as well.

That whole night as they slept her dreams kept coming of this huge black man taking her and making love to her and making her scream as he tried to fuck her.

Waking up in a total sweat from it all as if it were real and she was shaking her head trying to get it out of her mind!

That next day as time came for Louie to show up and move into his room all Kay could think about was she had to stay away from this huge man somehow wherever he would be in the house she must stay elsewhere.

Then the door bell rang and she knew it was him, he was here, oh please I must control myself she fought in her mind as she opened the door shaking and shivering as she looked upon his black hugeness again.

Telling him she'd be in her room doing some work and he could put his stuff in his room and she would have supper ready about 6 or 7 for them all.

He just told her Yes ma'm no problem, I don't have much with me anyway, I only packed very little when I left to come here and take this position.

Kay went back to her room and closed her door and sat on the bed and cried; thinking how could she be having these horrible thoughts of the Tenant they had rented to!

She finally came to her senses it was just an infatuation, fantasy you might say and it would go away and things would be fine. Or would they? She was a married woman how could she have such evil thoughts of their tenants huge male groin.

After some time of all this going on in her mind, she knew it was time to go to the kitchen and get supper going for her husband, herself, and their new Tenant.

So she left their bedroom went to the kitchen and began cooking a simple spaghetti supper with garlic bread which her husband loved to eat.

As she had everything about done and ready for her husbands coming home from work, Louie walked in the kitchen smelling it all cooking and was now dressed in sweats and a t shirt. Kay glanced at him as he made his way to the fridge grabbed a cold beer he bought and put in it.

Kay looked at his even more huge body that seemed much bigger than when in his uniform, and told him supper was about done, and they would eat once her husband came home.

As he just stood the other side of the cooking island she shivered all over seeing how he towered so hugely in the room, even worse her eyes glanced down and saw that as big as his groin looked in his uniform, It was way bigger now!

It looked there was a huge whole forearm in his sweats, the girth of it way bigger looking than even her arm.

Her mind catching her bad thoughts and she tried to change her minds thinking she had to think of something else a white woman cannot have such thoughts of a black man like that!

Louie just opened his beer and went back to his bedroom telling Kay he still had things to put away and get his room straightened up as she watched his huge size walk from the kitchen, that made her shudder even worse as her mind was still fascinated and fantasied with looking at him.

Her husband was home and of course came in went to the kitchen as he always did and kissed his beautiful wife Kay, grabbed a beer himself went and sat down in his recliner, and was watching the news and weather.

Louie had heard him come home and wanting to be a buddy so to speak to Ken he went into the living room sat on the couch enjoying his beer, as he and Ken began talking about this and that.

Ken asking him how he stayed in such shape as he did and Louie telling him that he played high school, and college ball, and even tried out for a professional football team, but this and that happened and he took the job as security supervisor, really hoping to get a job as a policeman.

Telling Ken as Kay in the kitchen was eaves dropping in on their conversation, that he had gone to a police academy and passed in the very top of that class and took this security supervisor to build his resume for a good position in a police force somewhere.

Ken thought a long moment hearing Louie telling of his life story per say and then asked Louie are you the guy that played college ball as a linebacker and did so well for our states college team? Louie answered Yes he indeed played linebacker at the states college football team.

No wonder he was so huge and powerful thought Kay and this explained his absolute physical fitness and all the bulging muscles and such.

She actually wanted to giggle as the thought came to her mind that did they workout their groin area to make it so huge and monstrous to.

Now pledging to herself to use this mindset every time she looked at his groin would take her bad thoughts away and see it as this.

She finally told them supper was ready and to come and get it.

Both men came into the kitchen Ken leading the way and Louie just behind him as Kay saw the absolute evidence of her husband so much smaller and less a man than Louie who towered over him completely and Ken was way less body size as Louie was.

They all sat and ate and did Louie ever tear that spaghetti up telling Kay that was superb eating, as he had three plate fulls of it and loved her garlic bread as well.

After supper and getting the table cleared there were no leftovers at all. She made note that she must from now on cook way more to feed this Monstrous sized Black Man tenant.

Kay had the dishwasher loaded and kitchen cleaned up and went into the living room where her husband and Louie were sitting, watching tv and sat on the couch opposite of Louie who sitting there had half the couch bending to hold his huge size on it.

They watched a few shows and then all got up and were going to their bedrooms going to bed as Ken lead the way followed by Kay and Louie behind her.

She swore Louie was looking her over as she heard him utter hmmmm mmmm and shuddered as she knew he was eyeing her backside and doing that!

Louie went into his room Ken and Kay to theirs and as they prepared for bed and were in their bed beside each other Kay told Ken she was scared of Louie and that she knew he was eyeing her and it wasn't in a good way either. Ken just told her she was imagining all the wrong things about the guy and that he didn't notice it one bit.
